🔹 Role: FEA Tool Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Provide first-line support for FEA/CFD and simulation tool users (Ansys preferred)

✅ Troubleshoot licensing, job failures, access issues, and user requests

✅ Escalate complex issues to vendors or second-line support teams

✅ Create and maintain FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides

✅ Support process standardization across simulation platforms

✅ Ensure effective ticket handling, tracking, and resolution

✅ Communicate clearly with users and provide best practices guidance

Required Skills: 🔹 FEA/CFD Tool Support (Ansys preferred)

🔹 Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

🔹 Knowledge Base & Documentation Creation

🔹 User Support and Stakeholder Communication
