Feasibility Studies - Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies for new stores, branches, expansions, relocations, and new concepts.
• Analyze potential locations based on market potential, demographics, footfall, accessibility, competition, and commercial attractiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the retail, fashion, or F&B sectors.
• Prepare detailed financial models including CAPEX, OPEX, sales forecasts, revenue, profitability, and cash flow projections.
• Calculate and analyze ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and Break-even Point.
• Develop sales and profitability forecasts based on historical data, market benchmarks, and business assumptions.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess different business and investment assumptions.
• Compare different locations and investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Gather and validate information from Finance, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Leasing/Real Estate, and other departments.
• Prepare feasibility reports, business cases, and presentations for management.
• Monitor actual performance of new stores against the assumptions and projections included in the feasibility study.
• Identify key risks, opportunities, and factors that may affect the viability of the proposed investment.
• Support the evaluation of new markets, store expansion, relocation, closure, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Feasibility Studies, Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, Business Planning, or Commercial Planning.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in Retail, Fashion, F&B, Restaurants, or other consumer-facing industries.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into clear business recommendations.
