Location: Andheri, Mumbai Job Summary :

The FEBA Support Engineer will provide L2/L3 application and production support for FEBA/Oracle Banking applications. The role involves monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, defect analysis, production issue resolution and coordination with development, infrastructure and database teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2/L3 production support for FEBA applications.

• Monitor application failures, incidents and batch/interface issues.

• Troubleshoot FEBA, database, interface and integration-related problems.

• Analyze logs and perform technical debugging.

• Perform RCA for recurring and critical production issues.

• Coordinate with development, database, middleware, infrastructure and network teams.

• Support incident, problem, change and release management.

• Assist with deployments, releases, patches and application health checks.

• Support SIT/UAT and production validation.

• Maintain incident documentation, RCA reports and knowledge articles.

• Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.

  Required Skills :

• 3-4 years of experience in FEBA/Oracle Banking Application Support .

• Hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support .

• Strong knowledge of Oracle FEBA .

• Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills.

• Experience with application logs, debugging and troubleshooting .

• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE .

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations .

• Knowledge of incident, problem and change management .

• Experience with application deployment and release activities .

• Strong RCA and problem-solving skills .

• Good communication and coordination skills.

  Good to Have :

• Core Banking experience.

• Payments, Retail Banking or Corporate Banking exposure.

• Experience with banking application integrations.

• Willingness to work from Andheri, Mumbai.
