Federal Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Federal Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead cross-functional project execution in a federal healthcare environment, with a focus on delivering solutions that improve revenue cycle and clinician workflows. The position partners closely with government clients and internal stakeholders to support milestone achievement, proposal development, and program coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience navigating public-sector healthcare requirements and delivering results across complex, matrixed teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,600 – $172,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones effectively
• Implement new ideas to enhance revenue cycle and clinician solutions for federal government customers
• Manage relationships between federal market solutions teams and government clients
• Assist in developing proposals for future government contracts
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support federal market solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 7 years of experience in project management or software delivery
• High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of experience in project management or software delivery
• Ability to pass a government background check for T3 Public Trust
• Experience with federal government healthcare environments, including DoD and VA
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle and coding workflows
