Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FedEx BC/Manager to oversee daily distribution operations and lead a team effectively. This role involves managing logistics, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and maintaining high standards of managerial communication. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL and demonstrate strong leadership skills to optimize delivery processes and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services
• Oversee team management, including supervising staff, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment
• Coordinate logistics activities to streamline package handling, routing, and transportation processes
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, upper management, and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during daily operations
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Manage resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines and operational goals

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required
• Proven experience in distribution or logistics management, preferably within a courier or freight service environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication abilities for managerial interactions
• Ability to handle logistics operations efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in transportation and distribution fields
