Kash Flow Logistics is a locally owned company contracted with FedEx Ground to deliver and pick up packages from the Panama City Ground Terminal.

Job Responsibilities

As a FedEx Ground Route Driver, you will:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle on an assigned route
• Deliver and pick up packages from businesses and residences
• Load and organize your vehicle efficiently
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Use a handheld scanner to track packages and deliveries
• Use iPad navigation and route software
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Communicate with operations regarding route or delivery issues
• Assist fellow drivers when needed
• Follow all company, DOT, and FedEx safety procedures

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a good driving record and acceptable MVR
• Have no disqualifying cell phone citations or DWI convictions
• Be able to read, speak, and write English
• Successfully pass a drug test, including random testing
• Successfully complete a D.O.T. physical
• Successfully pass a road test
• Successfully complete the FedEx background check through First Advantage
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Be willing to work in various weather conditions
• Be able to safely lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs. with the assistance of a hand truck
• Be comfortable walking, climbing stairs, bending, lifting, and working at a brisk pace
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety
