What You’ll Do

• Deliver with Care: Safely transport packages to customers, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
• Master the Route: Plan efficient delivery routes while following traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Wow Customers: Provide friendly, professional service that reflects FedEx’s commitment to excellence.
• Stay Organized: Load/unload packages, verify accuracy, and complete documentation.
• Team Up: Work with our dispatch team to optimize schedules and handle any challenges.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a spotless delivery vehicle and report any issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Age: 21+ years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Background: Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Skills:
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 150 lbs and maneuver in/out of the delivery truck to customers’ doors.
• Bonus: Prior courier experience is a plus, but not required!

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday–Saturday (6 days mandatory during peak seasons).
• Shifts: Morning shifts (8 or 10 hours) – no late nights!
• Weekends: As needed for maximum flexibility.
