Gilbert, Inc., a FedEx Ground contractor, is actively hiring Part-Time Delivery Drivers in Superior, WI and it's surrounding areas.

Pay

• Starting Pay: $185 per day
• Earn an additional $1 per stop after the designated route threshold
• Weekly Pay
• Payday Every Friday

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday through Saturday route schedule available; Sundays are also available during our Holiday scheduling in December
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Typical routes last approximately 10 hours give or take - our part time shifts still will require a full day of availability, you would just be working less than the 5 days a week required by our full-time staff
• Daily routes range from approximately 75–300 miles
• Deliver approximately 50–150 packages per day

Job Description

• Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery van or box truck
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient delivery
• Use GPS navigation and handheld scanners
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate with dispatch when needed
• Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• Able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen (including marijuana)
• Able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds with the assistance of a hand truck or dolly
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Previous experience in delivery driving, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, warehouse, landscaping, construction, moving, route sales, courier services, or other physically active jobs is helpful but not required.
