Red Door Delivery, Inc. is currently seeking both part-time and full-time delivery drivers to join our growing team. Our routes include a mix of rural and high-density urban areas, providing a variety of delivery experiences. Drivers are provided with a company vehicle and uniforms—no CDL required.

Position Overview:

• Terminal Location: 22525 W 167th St, Olathe, KS 66062
• Rural Routes: 65–85 stops per day
• Urban/Dense Routes: 140–150 stops per day

Schedule:

• Operating days: Monday through Saturday (6 days per week)
• Start time: Around 10:00 AM until deliveries are completed

Pay & Benefits:

• Daily pay ranges from $170–$200, with weekly pay issued every Friday
• Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Clear background check and driving record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a drug screening (including ongoing testing during employment)
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Certificate (company-paid)
• Ability to lift and handle packages up to 150 lbs (hand trucks provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages efficiently and on schedule
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Collect payments for unpaid orders when necessary
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and monitoring
• Keep accurate records of packages and inventory

Pay: $170.00 - $200.00 per day
