The Opportunity

Clarke Legal Specialists are currently recruiting for experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earners to join an established law firm based in Liverpool. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from instruction through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities: - Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims. - Handling matters from initial instruction through to conclusion. - Reviewing medical reports, surveyor reports and supporting evidence. - Drafting legal correspondence and negotiating settlements. - Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with relevant procedures. - Maintaining regular communication with clients. Requirements - Previous experience handling Housing Disrepair claims. - Ability to manage an independent caseload. - Good knowledge of the Housing Disrepair claims process. - Strong communication and organisational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
