Feed Mill Labourer

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Feed Mill Labourer and play a vital role in the efficient production of high-quality animal feed. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation of feed manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and clean work environments, and supporting the overall workflow within our feed processing facility. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us maintain top standards in feed safety and manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor feed mill equipment to process, mix, and package livestock feed.
• Load and unload ingredients and finished products both manually and using pallet jacks.
• Follow strict safety and quality control procedures to ensure feed meets our high standards.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
• Accurately record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, and agriculture, or warehouse environments is an asset — but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 kg (55–88 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
