What they need
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
Relevant technical courses or certifications in automation, industrial control, or related fields
Attention to detail, problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of automated systems, proficiency in control room software, and basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
At least 2 years of experience in feed mill or manufacturing operations, preferably in a control room environment
Pay: From Php15,650.00 per month
