Role Description The Feederman role is a contract, on-site position based at the Packnova Global Private Limited facility in Pathankot. The Feederman is responsible for feeding raw materials or semi-finished products into production machinery and ensuring continuous, uninterrupted operation of packaging lines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring machine inputs, checking material quality and quantity, clearing minor jams, and coordinating with machine operators and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow. The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness around the work area, and supporting basic record-keeping related to material usage and production output. The Feederman may also assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials to support efficient and disciplined manufacturing operations.

• Candidates should possess basic operational skills for handling materials, feeding machinery, and supporting continuous production workflows.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in following safety guidelines, maintaining a clean work environment, and handling equipment with care.
• Candidates should possess the ability to follow instructions, work in a disciplined manner, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, understanding of industrial safety standards, and willingness to work in shifts would be beneficial.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials safely, and work in a fast-paced industrial setting is required.
