Feedmill Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate feed mill machinery, including mixers, and conveyors.
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to approved feed formulations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Clean machinery and work areas to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished feed products.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory documentation.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management as required.

Qualifications:

• Leaving Cert (preferred).
• Previous experience in a feed mill, grain handling, manufacturing, or production environment is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification may be required).
• Good mathematical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Pay: €27,000.00-€40,400.54 per year
