Fees Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with students/parents regarding pending and upcoming fee payments.
• Maintain accurate records of fee collections, outstanding amounts, and payment schedules.
• Contact students/parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other official communication channels.
• Issue payment reminders and coordinate with students for timely fee settlement.
• Update daily collection and outstanding payment reports.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Academic teams regarding payment-related issues.
• Handle student/parent queries related to fees and payment procedures.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and submission of collection details.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office tools.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fee collection, telecalling, accounts, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
