Job description:

• Managing overall Facilities Operation, Facilities Engineering, Facilities Project, EHS to meet company objectives. Managing all service contractors, site service agreements for all facilities services.

• Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure meeting health and safety standards and legal requirements.

• Ensure all legal compliance (compliance to applicable EHS standards, statutory, regulatory and other relevant requirements) and be the company representative to meet Local Authority in EHS aspect and Utilities supply to factory.

• Promote EHS awareness among employees. Manage the waste disposal in accordance to the legal requirements and keeping records.

• Overseeing building projects, renovations and refurbishments.

• Overseeing and accountable for fulfilment of implementing of all activities in the Facility scope of works.

• Performs other duties, as assigned, to achieve corporate and departmental objectives.

• Ensure proper management and closing of contracts/projects using the proper documents, forms and procedures.

• Breakdown Issue/crisis (upset) management at off working hours, weekend and public holiday.

• Plan and ensure Preventive Maintenance Checklist and Machineries and Equipment are being checked properly.

• Set and manage key performance indicators for all Maintenance Job Request to meet the requirement from the requestor.

• Provide full support and cooperate to other department in solving factory maintenance problems.

Requirements:

·          Ability written and spoken English

·          Computer:

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Autocad

·          Same position at least 05 years

·          Analytical and problem solving skills.
