JOB VACANCY: FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

Fox Elite Home Limited is a real estate company seeking talented, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales and Marketing Representatives in Port Harcourt and its environs.

The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of the company's properties, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and market Fox Elite Home Limited's properties to prospective buyers.
• Conduct daily field sales and marketing activities.
• Identify potential customers and generate quality sales leads.
• Follow assigned routes and maintain regular follow-up with prospects.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and drive sales conversions.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to work actively in the field.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and the Port Harcourt property market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly Transportation Allowance: ₦50,000.
• Sales Commission: 8% on every successfully closed deal.
• Employment Type: Strictly commission-based, with field sales and marketing as the primary responsibility.
