Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors and attendants.
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Handle incoming calls and reception enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and other departments.
• Guide patients regarding consultations and hospital services.
• Maintain patient records and front-desk documentation.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional.

Eligibility Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, well-groomed and professionally presentable personality.
• Must be comfortable wearing a saree, as it is the mandatory dress code for the hospital front-desk team.
• Prior hospital or healthcare reception experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment management.
• Strong patient-handling and coordination skills.
