Female Accountant

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, and internal teams.
• Address inquiries related to financial transactions and account statuses promptly.
• Accurately prepare and issue official receipts for payments received.
• Maintain records of all receipts for audit and reference purposes.
• Monitor and oversee payment collections from customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Work closely with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute accurate customer account statements on a regular basis.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure all records are up-to-date and error-free.
• Generate regular reports on receipts, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial processes.
• Maintain well-organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in audits and other financial reviews as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
