Behavior Technician – Part-Time Opportunity (Locust Grove, VA 22508)

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM–8:30 PM; occasional weekends, preferably Sunday mornings.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t require prior experience, but we value the following qualities:

• A sincere interest in supporting children with autism and their families
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn about ABA and child development
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to travel to home-based therapy sessions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic about working with children on the autism spectrum
• Motivated to learn and grow in the ABA field
• May have previous childcare experience or seeking an entry-level opportunity
• Available for evening shifts and open to increasing hours over time

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions in home-based settings
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately
