Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review CVs and candidate applications through email, WhatsApp, Indeed, and other platforms.

• Screen candidates according to client job requirements.

• Contact candidates to discuss vacancies, requirements, and interview details.

• Attend to candidates and provide proper guidance throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, and joining.

• Maintain updated records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment status.

• Coordinate with clients regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback.

• Support business development by identifying potential clients and recruitment opportunities.

• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Recruitment, HR, Business Development, Sales, or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of CV screening and interview coordination.

• Strong candidate-handling and follow-up skills.

• Good English communication skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and recruitment platforms.

• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

• UAE experience is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary will discuss at the time of interview.
