Female Calling Representative – US Campaign

We are hiring enthusiastic, confident, and well-spoken Calling Representatives for our US-based campaign.

We are looking for individuals who can communicate naturally and professionally with American customers. Strong spoken English, an American accent, and excellent conversational skills are essential for this position.

We welcome both fresh and experienced applicants who have the confidence and communication skills required to succeed in a professional calling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based customers over the phone.
• Conduct professional outbound and inbound calls as assigned.
• Engage customers confidently and maintain natural conversations.
• Follow established calling procedures and campaign guidelines.
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Clear American English accent is mandatory.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional communication style.
• Ability to handle customer conversations independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional standards.
• Comfortable working during US business hours.
• Previous calling experience is an advantage but not essential.
• No specific educational qualification required.

Work Schedule

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)
