Female Cleaner

Job SummaryThe Clinic Cleaner performs routine and specialized sanitation tasks across examination rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms. This role requires strict adherence to health codes, proper dilution and use of medical-grade disinfectants, and careful handling of clinical waste.Key Responsibilities

• Sanitization & Disinfection: Deep clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, exam tables, chairs, doorknobs, and medical equipment handles using approved hospital-grade solutions.
• Floor Care: Sweep, damp mop, and vacuum all reception, hallway, and consulting room floors following a strict daily schedule.
• Waste Management: Safely collect, bag, and dispose of general and biohazardous/clinical waste in compliance with health regulations.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets and sinks twice daily or as needed, and replenish consumables like paper towels, toilet paper, and liquid soap.
• Safety & Compliance: Report any maintenance issues, facility damage, or safety hazards immediately to the clinic manager or supervisor.
• Supply Management: Monitor cleaning inventory levels and submit requests for restocking chemicals, PPE, and tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably within a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge: Understanding of infection control protocols, color-coding systems for cleaning tools, and safe chemical handling.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended hours, as well as handle regular manual tasks.
• Communication: Basic proficiency in English to read safety labels, follow written/verbal cleaning schedules, and interact respectfully with staff and patients.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
