Female Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused and energetic Customer Support Executive to be the voice of Homebakers Mart.

The candidate will handle customer queries across WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website and social media, assist customers with product and order-related queries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be patient, confident, well-organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Query Management

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website and social media.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, offers and delivery.

2. Order Management

• Assist customers with order placement and order-related queries.
• Track orders and provide customers with timely delivery updates.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations and address changes as per company policy.
• Follow up on pending and delayed orders until resolution.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up with customers after issue resolution when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
• Collect customer feedback and share important insights with the management team.
