Mad Digi is a Lahore-based digital marketing and e-commerce agency. We help brands grow through digital marketing, web development, design and content. Our clients include e-commerce brands in Pakistan and abroad, and we are growing our team at our office in NFC Society, Lahore.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Female Customer Support Representative who communicates clearly, stays calm with customers and enjoys solving problems. You will handle customer queries for the brands we manage and help keep their customer experience smooth and professional.

From time to time, we create office and brand content. When needed, you will appear on camera with your face visible for this content.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media inboxes
• Answer questions about products, orders and deliveries in a clear, polite and professional manner
• Follow up on orders, complaints, and pending queries until they are resolved
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and issues
• Pass feedback and recurring issues to the relevant team members
• Appear on camera occasionally for office content or brand-related videos when required

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable appearing on camera with face visible when required for office or brand content
• Based near NFC Society, Lahore, or able to commute there easily
• Organised, patient and comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
