We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Lalor, VIC.

Important: Must be available and willing to work sleepover shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Support participants with complex behaviours using appropriate positive behaviour support strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Administer medication in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Support community access and participation in meaningful activities.
• Complete progress notes, documentation, and incident reports accurately.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and professionalism.
• Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
• Experience in Dysphagia, Epilepsy and Insulin

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or equivalent.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
