Job Description: We are looking for a confident and well-mannered Female Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a basic understanding of sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and messages through WhatsApp.
• Assist customers with order-related queries and updates.
• Manage customer communication and follow-ups.
• Support sales activities and help convert inquiries into orders.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer dealing.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
