Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities: Host daily interactive live streaming sessions on official streaming platforms. Perform engaging dance routines, music grooves, and interactive content to entertain viewers. Maintain a lively, positive atmosphere and build an active online community. Collaborate daily with our in-house creative, styling, and technical production teams. Attend our Dubai South office daily for scheduled broadcasts. Work Schedule Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week) Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Off Day: Sunday (1 day off per week) Key Requirements Age Range: 20–30 years old. Camera Confidence: Comfortable dancing, grooving, and speaking in front of a live camera. Personality: Outgoing, highly energetic, positive attitude, and audience-focused. Communication: Strong interpersonal and audience engagement skills. Reliability: Punctual and committed to daily in-office streaming schedules. Experience: Prior experience in live streaming, dancing, acting, or online hosting is a plus, but passion and natural energy are most important! Compensation & Benefits Probation Period (First 3 Months): Basic Salary: AED 4,000 / month Target Incentive: AED 1,000 / month (upon achieving targets) After Successful Probation: Basic Salary: AED 5,000 / month Accommodation Allowance: AED 1,000 / month Performance/Accommodation Bonus: AED 2,000 / month Total Earning Potential: Up to AED 8,000 / month Additional Perks: � Accommodation: Provided near the office. � Employment Visa: Full UAE employment visa provided after successful probation completion. � Professional Styling: Daily access to an in-house wardrobe stylist and professional makeup artist. � Paid Time Off: 1 day off per week (Sundays).
