Job Overview

We are looking for a Female, Full-time, on-call Assisted Stretching Trainers to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible working hours, strong earning potential, and the ability to grow with a fast-moving wellness brand.

You will provide professional 1-on-1 assisted stretching and mobility sessions to clients across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective assisted stretching sessions based on each client’s needs
• Perform basic mobility assessments and track client progress
• Educate clients on flexibility, recovery, and injury-prevention techniques
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service
• Report session details through Flexnflow’s booking and tracking system
• Be available for on-call or scheduled appointments depending on client demand
• Represent the brand positively through appearance, communication, and behaviour

Requirements

• Background in physiotherapy, sports science, personal training, massage therapy, or similar
• Experience with mobility/stretching techniques (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Ability to travel to clients across Dubai ( Own car required)
• Flexible with timing – especially evenings & weekends

Compensation

Basic Salary + medical + Visa + insurance and will be paid based on a per session commission structure
