About the Role
We're looking for a Female Pastry Chef experienced in pastries and desserts to prepare our daily bakery and dessert range, with consistent quality and hygiene.Pastry Sous Chef to support our Head Pastry Chef in running the pastry section. You'll prepare desserts, bakery items and plated dishes, lead the pastry team, and keep quality and hygiene standards high.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry, desserts and baked goods to recipe and presentation standards
- Plan daily production and prep
- Train and supervise pastry cooks and assistants
- Order stock, check deliveries and minimize waste
- Follow HACCP, allergen and food safety rules
- Help develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Run the section when the Head Pastry Chef is away
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
