Are you a kind, reliable and compassionate person who enjoys making a real difference? I'm looking for a friendly Personal Assistant to support me with day-to-day living and help me maintain my independence.

- Light gardening.
- Supporting me to attend physiotherapy, exercise classes and other health appointments.
During flare-ups or when my symptoms are more severe, support may include:
- Preparing and bringing meals to me.
- Medication and hydration prompts.
- Supporting me with washing, dressing and personal care routines.

- Changing my bed.
- Laundry.
- Encouraging me to eat enough throughout the day.
- Food shopping if I'm unable to leave the house.
- Supporting me to access the community safely.
- Accompanying me to appointments.
- Helping to exercise my dog if my friends aren't available.

I'm looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, kind and patient.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Understanding of fluctuating health conditions.

- Respectful of my independence while knowing when extra support is needed.
Bonus Skills (not essential)

Don't worry if you don't have all of the above training can be provided for the right person.
