Female Pilates Instructor

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness and the ability to guide clients of all fitness levels in a positive, engaging, and safe environment. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead group classes, provide semi and private classes, and help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead reformer pilates class for a diverse group of clients.
• Provide personalized instruction and modifications to ensure client safety and optimize results.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
• Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner, building strong relationships to foster client retention.
• Collaborate with the fitness team and management on class schedules, client needs, and studio initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pilates Instructor with accreditation from a recognized institution
• Experience teaching group classes and providing one-on-one instruction if needed.
• Specialized in prenatal Pilates is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt exercises to meet the needs of clients with varying skill levels and physical abilities.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on the class schedule.

• Pilates: 2 years (Preferred)
