Position: Female Sales Consultant

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Contract | In-Person

Compensation: Fixed Salary + 7–8% Commission on Every Sale

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties within our housing projects.

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and client outreach.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Conduct client meetings and coordinate property/site visits.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property investment options.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.

• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Strong interest in sales and real estate.

• Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage.
