Job Description

Malik Fit Out for Interior Decorations is looking for a confident, professional, and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and have the ability to professionally communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, follow up, and help convert leads into business.

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily cold calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Introduce the company's interior design and fit-out services professionally.
• Communicate with new and existing clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with leads and interested clients.
• Arrange meetings/site visits for serious potential clients.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.
• Coordinate with the management, design, and project teams when required.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
• Assist in converting qualified leads into confirmed projects.
• Support basic digital marketing and social media lead-generation activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Experience in Sales, Telesales, Cold Calling, Business Development, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build good client relationships.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales goals.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, real estate, furniture, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
