We are looking for a confident and professional Female Sales Representative to manage client inquiries, event sales, and onsite event detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.

• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable event packages.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients to close bookings.

• Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.

• Record event details, including décor, floral, catering, seating, and other requirements.

• Coordinate client requirements with the design and execution teams.

• Remain available onsite during events to handle client coordination and ensure all agreed details are delivered.

• Maintain sales records, follow-up schedules, and client databases.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Presentable, confident, and professionally groomed.

• Experience in event management, wedding sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and social media.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.

• Must be based in Karachi.
