Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of employees, visitors, company property, and facilities. Ensures that security policies and procedures are properly followed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other individuals.
• Check employee IDs, bags, packages, and other items when required by company policy.
• Conduct regular rounds and inspections of assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities or incidents.
• Maintain order and security within the company premises.
• Assist employees and visitors with security-related concerns.
• Record and report incidents, violations, and unusual activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company security policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with management or authorities when necessary.
• Maintain accurate daily security logs and reports.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Female, preferably with security experience.
• Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy and disciplined.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Valid security license/credentials are an advantage.
