What they need
The Female Site Coordinator Engineer is responsible for coordinating daily site activities, monitoring project progress, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the project schedule.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering
- Experience: Atleast 3 years of hands-on site coordination or site engineering experience in building construction, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
- Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, BIM
- MS Excel (advanced analysis & tracking), MS Project.
- MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, conflict management, and clear written/verbal reporting skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- UAE Construction : 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (Preferred)
