Female Spa Receptionist

Ø QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field

· Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize activities

· Superior communication skills

· Excellent grooming standards

· Professional in person, telephone and email etiquette

· Punctual, flexible and confident

· Enjoys working with people and exhibits a positive attitude

· Computer literate

· Experience in Fresha is a must

· Ability to manage cash and daily sales

Ø DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Arranging client appointments and ensuring the spa is running smoothly.

· Greeting guests, answering any questions they may have, and helping them with their visit.

· Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.

· Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.

· Identifying areas for staff skill development and implement approved plan

· Guide staff towards retail & service goals achievement

· Inventory products and order new supplies.

· Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.

· Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
