Duties

• Lead the planning, measurement, and layout of fence installations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery to cut, assemble, and install fencing materials
• Perform framing carpentry tasks including setting posts, framing panels, and securing structural components
• Utilize welding skills for custom metal fence sections or reinforcement as needed
• Manage site preparation activities such as concrete forming for post foundations and landscape maintenance around work areas
• Oversee the assembly of fencing components using masonry techniques when required for retaining walls or decorative features
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure fences are level, secure, and meet safety standards
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or fencing installation with a focus on master-level craftsmanship
• Strong knowledge of frame carpentry, masonry, welding, and concrete forming techniques
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required for large-scale projects
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately
• Experience working on construction sites with a commitment to safety protocols and best practices
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure precise installation and finishing work
