We’re a local fence company hiring a hard-working and capable fence installer to join our growing team. The work involves preparing, removing, and installing a variety of fences around clients’ properties. You’ll take direction from the foreman and use hand and power tools to get the job done. Responsibilities

• Build wood, metal, and custom fences
• Set posts, pour concrete, and install fence materials
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Assist with layout, measuring, and site preparation
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work efficiently with crew members and crew leaders
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Represent Sawtooth Wood Products professionally on job sites

Qualifications

• Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Fence installation experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work physically throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow directions and learn quickly
