Fence Estimator / Sales Representative

$20/hour + quote bonuses + closing bonuses

Sorrells Fencing is hiring a dependable, personable estimator to meet with customers, measure properties, and prepare quotes for agricultural and field fencing.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, pays attention to details, and can manage customer information inside a CRM. Fencing experience is helpful, but we can teach you our products and quoting process.

Responsibilities

• Drive to scheduled appointments and meet with customers.
• Walk properties, understand customer needs, and measure fence lines.
• Document fence layouts, gates, corners, and installation requirements.
• Identify potential challenges, including vegetation, terrain, access, and existing fence removal.
• Take photos and prepare clear, accurate job notes.
• Prepare and send quotes using company pricing guidelines.
• Explain options, answer questions, and follow up to help close jobs.
• Use GoHighLevel to update customer records, enter notes, send quotes, manage follow-up tasks, and track sales opportunities.
• Provide complete job information to the installation team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic CRM understanding and comfort keeping customer records organized.
• GoHighLevel experience preferred; experience with another CRM is welcome.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, and digital quoting tools.
• Accurate with measurements, numbers, and written details.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to walk outdoor properties and uneven terrain, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Sales, estimating, construction, or fencing experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $20/hour base pay.
• $10 bonus per qualifying completed and sent quote.
• BONUS: $75 per closed job or 1% of the contract price, whichever is higher per closed job with a signed agreement and required deposit received.
