Duties

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute fence installation projects.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install different fencing materials using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Handle building materials with care, ensuring proper storage and transportation on construction sites.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to position posts, panels, and other fencing components during installation.
• Use welding techniques when necessary to reinforce fence structures or attach metal components securely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and procedures throughout each project.
• Collaborate with team members to complete fencing projects efficiently while providing excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns on-site.

Skills

• Strong carpentry and frame carpentry skills with experience in building material installation.
• Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and concrete forming/finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of fence construction projects including post setting, panel attachment, and gate installation.
• Outdoor work experience with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and power tool safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during project completion.
