Fence Installer/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Fence Installer/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing fences, performing various labor tasks on construction sites, and assisting with related projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in construction, carpentry, and landscape maintenance while contributing to the creation of functional and attractive outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fences using hand tools, power tools, and framing techniques
• Measure and mark areas for fence placement according to project specifications
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials, posts, panels, and equipment safely
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up work zones, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Use masonry skills for concrete forming and finishing when necessary for fence posts or related structures
• Support landscape maintenance and hardscape projects as needed to enhance overall site appearance
• Follow safety guidelines consistently while operating tools such as saws, drills, welders, and other equipment

Skills

• Experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on frame carpentry and assembly
• Knowledge of welding techniques for metal fence components or structural support
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety standards
• Skills in masonry, concrete forming, and landscape or hardscape installation are a plus
• Strong work ethic with excellent teamwork and communication abilities
