Position Overview

R&T Fence Company is looking for motivated individuals to join our installation team as Fence Installer Laborers. This is an entry-level position—no prior fencing experience is required. We provide hands-on training and a clear path for advancement within the company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and wants to build a long-term career in the trades.

What You’ll Do

• Assist crew leaders with the installation of various fence types (vinyl, aluminum, chain link, and wood)
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Dig post holes and set posts (manual and powered equipment)
• Carry, stage, and organize materials on job sites
• Follow instructions and learn installation techniques from experienced crew members
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Represent the company professionally on residential and commercial properties

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license (required)
