Fence Project Manager

Duties

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of fence installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
• Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to verify project scope and technical specifications.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Prolog, or HeavyBid for project scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction schedule coordination, monitor progress on-site, and resolve any issues that may impact project delivery.
• Read and interpret construction plans and schematics accurately to guide teams effectively.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes to secure materials and services needed for each project phase.
• Lead project meetings, provide clear communication updates, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality.

Skills

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on fencing or similar civil works.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, and budget control techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with precision; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
• Excellent project scheduling skills coupled with experience managing construction schedules in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively on construction sites while maintaining safety standards.
• Deep understanding of construction regulations and compliance requirements relevant to infrastructure projects.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
