Fencing Labourer

OBNXS Fencing is looking for a reliable, hardworking bloke to join our small team.

We’re after someone who genuinely enjoys hands-on work, isn’t afraid to get dirty and can handle a physically demanding job outdoors. Fencing can be hard work, and we need someone who understands that, brings a good attitude every day and takes pride in getting the job done properly.

Experience in fencing is a bonus, but the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most. You don't need to know everything coming in, but you do need to be switched on, willing to learn quickly and able to pull your weight.

We install all styles of fencing - chainwire, timber, Colorbond, diplomat etc and the occasional retaining wall.

What we're looking for

• Hardworking and physically fit – comfortable with heavy lifting, digging and some repetitive labour
• Reliable and punctual – turns up on time and ready to work, every day
• Self-motivated – gets stuck into the job without needing constant supervision
• Keen to learn – listens, takes direction and picks things up quickly
• Good attitude – willing to put in the effort even when the work gets tough
• Comfortable working outdoors – including in the summer heat, wearing longs on civil sites
• White Card (essential)
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
