FET RN

New Direction Fertility Centers is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fertility team as an FET Nurse. This full-time position plays an important role in coordinating and supporting patients throughout their Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patients throughout the FET treatment cycle, from cycle preparation through embryo transfer and follow-up.
• Review treatment plans and ensure required testing, consents, medications, and cycle documentation are completed.
• Monitor laboratory results and ultrasound findings according to established provider protocols.
• Communicate provider-approved treatment instructions and medication changes to patients.
• Provide patient education regarding FET medications, injections, cycle expectations, and treatment timelines.
• Coordinate cycle dates, monitoring appointments, and embryo transfer scheduling.
• Maintain communication with physicians, medical assistants, embryology, and other members of the fertility team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Respond to patient calls, portal messages, questions, and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Identify abnormal findings or patient concerns and escalate them appropriately to the provider.
• Assist with clinical nursing responsibilities and patient care as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Previous nursing experience in fertility/reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, women’s health, or a related specialty preferred.
• Previous IVF/FET cycle coordination experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medication administration and patient education.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patients and treatment timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with EMR systems and electronic patient communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented fertility practice.
