Fettling Supervisor – Foundry

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise fettling operators and daily activities.
• Remove runners, risers, gates, fins, and excess metal from castings.
• Ensure proper grinding, chipping, shot blasting, and finishing.
• Check castings for surface defects during fettling.
• Ensure castings meet required quality and dimensional standards.
• Monitor production targets and reduce rejection/rework.
• Ensure safe use of grinding machines and other equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Train and guide fettling workers.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
• Maintain daily production and rejection records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
