What they need
- Specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for hospitality, residential, and commercial interiors.
- Develop FF&E schedules, mood boards, and material and finish palettes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on product selection, procurement, and lead times.
- Ensure FF&E selections align with overall design concept, budget, and project timelines.
- Support site teams during FF&E installation and snagging.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in FF&E design within hospitality, residential, or commercial interiors.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing in the UAE/GCC market.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent presentation, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
