Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and design-conscious FF&E Library Executive to develop, manage and continuously enhance our furniture, lighting and materials library.

The successful candidate will support our design, specification, sales and procurement teams by ensuring easy access to accurate product information, supplier collections and suitable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital and physical FF&E product library.
• Organize furniture, decorative lighting, architectural lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories and material collections.
• Research and identify innovative international brands, manufacturers and product collections.
• Maintain updated catalogues, technical specifications, price lists, finish options, lead times and supplier details.
• Build and manage a searchable digital product database containing images, dimensions, specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with international suppliers to obtain catalogues, samples, product updates and new collections.
• Support interior designers, architects and the Monarca sales team with product research, selections and alternatives.
• Assist in preparing FF&E schedules, product presentations, specification sheets and mood boards.
• Manage showroom samples, material displays and product documentation.
• Monitor international furniture, lighting and interior design trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FF&E, materials libraries, furniture sourcing or interior design product coordination.
• Strong knowledge of international furniture, decorative lighting and luxury interior brands.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and digital product database management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, InDesign or other design software is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with international suppliers and internal teams.
